Department of Entrepreneurship & Strategy
1655 East Campus Center Drive, Rm 7126
The Department of Entrepreneurship and Strategy includes faculty and students with interests in entrepreneurship, strategic management, business law, and related business disciplines.
Once students are admitted to the Eccles School of Business, they must declare a major, and may also declare a minor. The major in entrepreneurship consists of a set of courses designed to give students all the skills they will need to start a new business if they choose to do so. The major also includes classes on managing innovation processes within larger organizations.
The minor in entrepreneurship gives business students foundational skills needed to start a business, but also teaches students how to apply entrepreneurship principles in established firms.
There may be additional admission requirements for this program. Please see program page(s) for more information.
