Learn to manage the production systems in manufacturing and services companies. Coursework focuses on production planning, supply chain management, process improvement and inventory control. You’ll learn to evaluate problems with a business’s existing operating system and how to improve the system to help turn the business into a strong competitor in the marketplace.

Admission Requirements:

Students who would like to major in Operations Management must:

  1. Apply for and be admitted to Upper Division status in the Eccles School.
  2. Apply for and be admitted to the Operations Management major.
