Admission Requirements

Biomedical Engineering is a restricted degree program.  Students are admitted to the major by application only, and students can apply after they have been admitted to the University of Utah. Students must have a composite GPA set annually by the department to be admitted. See the current BIOEN undergraduate handbook for the specific requirements for entry (http://www.bioen.utah.edu/education/undergraduate/).

Graduation Requirements

Must have at least a 3.0 GPA to graduate in Biomedical Engineering.
