This course provides a comprehensive introduction to project management, emphasizing the integration of scope, schedule, cost, safety, and quality management through the phases of initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing. Based on the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), it highlights process-driven approaches, resources, and leadership strategies. Students will gain foundational knowledge to prepare for the Project Management Professional (PMP) exam. This course is endowed by Floyd & Jeri Meldrum.

Prerequisites: Graduate Standing OR Department Consent.
