Description
This course offers a general overview of Intellectual Property (IP) for students who do not plan to specialize in Intellectual Property, but who would benefit from a general understanding of this area of law. The course will cover the major forms of Intellectual Property including patents, copyrights, trademarks and trade secrets, as well as lesser-known forms of Intellectual Property that exist in the U.S. and other jurisdictions.
