Competitive Advantage Through Human Resource Management
Description
This course prepares students to leverage HR conceptual frameworks, policies, procedures and functions to support organizational HR strategic visions in an existing local business or community organization. Students will practice the relational approach as they develop a major HR recommendation and provide a supporting policy and procedure manual for their approved organization. Students will augment their learning via guest speakers who address contemporary HR issues in today's changing environment.
