Respond Creatively
Explain and apply core concepts of value creation and capture—such as willingness to pay, stakeholder needs, and perceived benefit—to analyze opportunities and trade-offs in business and social-impact contexts.
Diagnose how social and behavioral factors (e.g., bias, risk attitudes, motivation) shape entrepreneurial decisions and team dynamics, and propose practical strategies to mitigate them.
Design a personal “path to value” by aligning skills and passions with a chosen domain, setting measurable goals, and mapping concrete steps, resources, and partners to pursue it.
Evaluate the feasibility and potential impact of a proposed venture or role using research, interviews, and value-chain analysis; clearly articulate risks, assumptions, and metrics for progress.
