Description

The intent of this course is to provide information on trauma-informed approaches and to teach the fundamental knowledge and skills needed to work in with children and families who have experienced trauma. Students apply advanced trauma assessment, intervention and evaluation of practice skills with children, youth and families in their communities and develop knowledge and skills in using the Trauma Systems Treatment approach.
