Description
This Core course merges the principles of digital imaging and foundational 2D design principles, providing a comprehensive introduction to the use of computers as art-making tools and mediums for visual communication. Students will explore composite image creation/manipulation, scanning, and printing. Utilizing Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, students will create meaningful, creative, and effective visual communications. Projects will integrate digital tools in the process of creating art, design, and visual communication.
