This course will explore the practice of helping organizations improve their performance primarily through the analysis of existing organizational problems. Using a framework designed by Professor Klossner, students will analyze various companies throughout the ten week course, collaborating as a group, and providing a recommendation to the companies to resolve their issue.

Prerequisites: Masters status in the David Eccles School of Business.
