Description
This course will introduce students to composing music for visual media such as film, TV, video games, and more. Students will learn how to use music to elicit an emotional response from their audience, depict a specific location or time period, and support the director/game designer’s vision. Coursework will include analysis of film and game music, hands-on scoring activities, and an overview of the business of media scoring.
