Description

This course examines the characteristics of effective schools and the leadership theories and practices necessary in the school improvement process. Concepts include: climate and culture, process of change, building teacher and leadership capacity, development of effective leadership practices, and strategic planning that supports continuous school improvement. Students enrolled in 7110 will be held to a higher standard and may be assigned additional coursework.
