Apply theoretical frameworks and facilitation techniques to design and lead therapeutic groups reflecting principles of helping relationships and group dynamics.
Analyze and adapt activities using task and activity analysis to meet individualized client goals and promote engagement.
Integrate evidence-based practice by evaluating and applying current research to RT interventions.
Demonstrate effective documentation skills (treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries) consistent with professional standards.
Evaluate program and client outcomes using formative and summative methods to improve service quality.
Apply ethical, professional, and culturally responsive practices in therapeutic facilitation.
