Biostatistics: Apply the collection, storage, retrieval, analysis and interpretation of health data, design and analysis of health-related surveys and experiments, concepts, and practice of statistical data analysis. Application will occur in the development of commentary to clearly state health information for clinicians, accurate interpretation of statistical information and reports.
Epidemiology: Understand distribution and determinants of diseases and disabilities, dynamics of health and illness in human populations. Application will occur in development of clinically sound strategies for investigation and surveillance reporting and developing health interventions in communities.
