Students will gain a foundational understanding of important theories of ethics and the moral dimensions of political/public life.

Students will develop skills in applying and evaluating ethical theories and views in specific domains, such as biomedical fields, business, engineering, environmental work, politics, law, communications/media, etc.

Students will acquire domain-specific knowledge that enhances their ability to identify, analyze, and address ethical questions that arise in a given domain.

Students will develop skills in clarity of academic writing and argumentation through the practice of essays, class debates, and/or oral presentations.
