The Community College Leadership and Teaching (CCLT) Certificate will prepare individuals with advanced degrees for leadership and teaching positions in community college settings. The CCLT Certificate is designed to serve faculty and administrators who currently work in a community college setting or intend to work in a community college setting in order to prepare them to be effective leaders and instructors. The program includes a core set of courses and has two tracks, one for administrators that emphasizes leadership and one for faculty that emphasizes pedagogy. Students who enroll in the CCLT certificate can do so on a stand-alone basis as a non-matriculated student.
