Applicants for admission to the Graduate Certificate in Business Studies must meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from a fully accredited college or university

• Undergraduate GPA of at least 3.0 or matriculated students may submit unofficial graduate transcripts

• College algebra course with a B or better or matriculated students may submit unofficial graduate transcripts

• Statistics course with a B or better or matriculated students may submit unofficial graduate transcripts

Students who successfully complete the certificate and later choose to apply for admission to a graduate degree program in the David Eccles School of Business may be able to waive specific course requirements based upon the courses taken to earn the Certificate. Graduate School policy allows students to transfer up to 9 credit hours of business classes taken while not matriculated into degree programs.
