Program Graduation Requirements
Hold Major Status in Civil Engineering and remain in good standing, not on CVEEN Academic Probation.
Maintain a cumulative University of Utah GPA of 2.50 or higher.
Successfully complete all major-related coursework with a grade of C or higher.

The student has an Associate’s Degree in Engineering
Completing the courses under the Environmental Emphasis section, will fulfill the four Complex Engineering courses and the nine credits of Additional Technical Electives listed below.
Earn a minimum grade of "C" in the following:
Students are required to complete one course in at least four of the six subject areas listed below. Additionally, two of these courses must be designated as design courses.
Design Requirement: Complete a minimum of two design courses from two different areas within Complex Engineering (CVEEN 4221 or 4222, 5305, 5570, 5420, 5510, 5600 or 5605).
Courses from CVEEN 3000-6999, ASTR, ATMOS, BIOL, BIOEN, CHEM, CH EN, CMP, CS, ECE, ENGIN, GEOG, GEO, MATH, ME EN, MET E, MG EN, MSE, NUCL or PHYS 3000-5999.
To complete in 120 hours you will need to take General Education Breadth (FF, HF, BF) that also fulfill Diversity and International bachelor degree requirements.
