Program Graduation Requirements
A majority of the course credit hours must be earned in GEO courses taken in the GG Department.
Maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
Take GEO 6950 Reviews in Earth Science course and pass Comprehensive Exam
A grade of "B-" or better is required for all courses.
Simple Requirements
Complete ALL of the following Courses:
Earn at least 3 credits from the following:
Students should register for 3 or 4 semester hours of Special Topics (GEO 6920) for the required one-semester research project.
Counts towards the 30 total.
Earn at least 20 credits
Earn at least 10 credits
Approved courses in a "minor" area as needed to meet the minimum required hours.
