The program focused specifically on optimizing the preparation of faculty who educate health professional students within the complex environment of health systems (environments dedicated to promoting health and providing healthcare). The program is designed for individuals who possess a professional degree (Master's or Doctorate) or are currently enrolled in a professional degree program in a health profession and either have or aspire to have responsibility as education practitioners, leaders, and scholars.
