  1. Only 3-credits can come from courses taught outside JAPAN. Accepted courses outside JAPAN include FILM 3170, ARTH 3030, HIST 3520, & HIST 3530.

  2. JAPAN 3600 and JAPAN 3602 cannot count in this section.

Earn at least 3 credits

from the following types of courses:

  • Meet with an Academic Advisor to discuss possible options.

  • Options must be for-credit and may include:

    • Community Engaged Learning (course)

    • course

    • Learning Abroad - JAPAN 4950 (or other)
