Maintain a minimum cumulative gpa of 2.3 in all mathematics courses.
All mathematics courses must be completed with a C or better and may only be attempted up to 3 times.
A C- or better is required in allied courses.
Complete at least 18 upper division credit hours of University of Utah mathematics courses.
An exit survey is required the semester a student graduates.
