Program Admissions Requirements
Applications are due in January. To be eligible for the graduate certificate, students must have earned a graduate degree from a nationally accredited program and/or are in process of completing a graduate degree.
Submit a completed Nursing Organizational Leadership Certificate Admissions form (available at http://nursing.utah.edu)
Submit an official copy of all transcripts.
The Nursing Organizational Leadership Admissions Committee reviews applications and admits participants for the Fall semester.
