Nurse Midwifery

Applications are due in January. To be eligible for the graduate certificate, students must have earned a graduate degree from a nationally accredited program and/or are in process of completing a graduate degree. Submit a completed Nurse Midwifery Certificate Admissions form (available at http://nursing.utah.edu)Submit an official copy of all transcripts. The Nurse Midwifery Admissions Committee reviews applications and admits participants for the Fall semester.

Embedded certificates are conferred concurrently with a degree.
Stand Alone certificates are conferred to a student who is not seeking a degree.
