Program Graduation Requirements
To receive the MSP degree, a student must:
Complete the required 40 hours of coursework, including required core and elective courses/rotations.
Receive passing grades in all program courses/rotations.
Receive a majority of positive evaluations from the course directors.
Pass the Residency In Service Examination (RISE) taken toward the end of the year; Pass is defined by scoring above the bottom quartile, as compared to the national scores set by first year pathology residents in subject matters the PSF has rotated during the year.
