Students will apply advanced real estate financial analysis skills by constructing and implementing comprehensive financial models—including development pro formas, acquisition underwriting, debt and equity waterfall structures, and market based cash flow projections. They will integrate coding, quantitative methods, and technical valuation techniques to evaluate investment feasibility and capital structure decisions specific to commercial and residential real estate assets.

Students will analyze complex real estate investment and development problems using data driven approaches grounded in finance, accounting, and real estate market principles. They will demonstrate methodological rigor and accuracy as they interpret market data, assess risk, model sensitivity scenarios, and justify investment recommendations with evidence based reasoning aligned to professional real estate standards.
